Job Summary
A help desk and IT support outsourcing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Help Desk Analyst in San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve Tier One and Tier Two incidents
- Create a positive customer support experience
- Log/monitor/close client problems & requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High-level oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- 2 years of experience in any: Contact Centre, Help Desk, In-home PC repair, Trainer / Instructor / One-on-one tutor or coach
- 1 year in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012
- Resolving remote access issues, including VPN
- Antivirus and anti-malware applications
- All other technical requirements necessary for this position
