Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish IVR UAT Tester.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating, testing, and implementing business requirements within the IVR platform
  • Creating and implementing systems quality assurance reviews
  • Adding "speech" to existing "tone" IVR script and adding "Spanish" to existing "English" IVR script

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience
  • Experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems
  • Fluent (read/write) in Spanish
