An IT support management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Medical Information Health Care Professional in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or web chats
- Answer inbound calls from health care providers and patients about medications
- Provide in-depth information and specific product prescribing information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Health Care Professional with an active license to practice in nursing pharmacy or related
- 2-3 years related customer service or pharmaceutical experience
- Active license to practice in good standing
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Must have a quiet office space free of interruption
- Must have internet connection with speeds of 15MBPS upload and 15 MBPS download
