Job Summary

A moving equipment and storage rental company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Moving Equipment and Storage Customer Service Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with people in a fast-paced environment
  • Taking back-to-back, incoming calls from customers
  • Assisting customers with quoting rental rates, sales and earning new business

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Basic keyboarding and computer skills
  • Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once
  • Clear speaking voice
  • General knowledge of U.S. geography
  • You must have a quiet, private work area
