Job Summary
A technology-based solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Product Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide product support by assisting customers with simple to complex questions and problems
- Respond to service requests via all channels including phone, email, chat and the web community
- Provide training to customers on company products via phone and web meetings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Expert fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong technical aptitude and learning agility
- 3-5 years previous experience in a client service or product support environment
- Strong communication skills
