Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Recruiter in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing updates in business line meetings as it relates to hiring activities
- Consulting with businesses on staffing strategy, hiring and sourcing trends
- Screening, interviewing and developing a candidate slate
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to client sites when needed
- Minimum 8 years' progressively responsible recruiting experience
- Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems
- Ability to present to large and small, internal and external groups
- Strong understanding of the recruiting processes and practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) for Latin America support
