A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Recruitment Administrative Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting with the recruitment team to discuss daily capacity management
  • Assessing the performance of recruitment administrators and recruitment coordinators
  • Overseeing and monitoring onboarding activities as per client process

Required Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent in business or a related discipline
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience managing the offer and onboarding process for new hires
  • Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
