Job Summary
A digital healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish RN Care Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Educating patient on self-management skills and goal setting
- Implementing and updating the Plan of Care
- Utilizing Motivational Interviewing or other behavior change techniques
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current, unrestricted compact RN license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with electronic health records and web based applications
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong telephonic skills
