Job Summary

A global technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Senior Customer Service Specialist in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Handle escalated customer cases and extraordinary scenarios
  • Develop creative solutions to complex customer issues
  • Be responsible for damage control and customer service recovery

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
