A global technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Senior Customer Service Specialist in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Handle escalated customer cases and extraordinary scenarios
- Develop creative solutions to complex customer issues
- Be responsible for damage control and customer service recovery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
- A minimum 2 years of call center / customer support experience
- Extremely customer focused
- Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong analytical skills
