Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Social Worker in Arlington.
Must be able to:
- Perform case management functions
- Assist clients in completing the required forms
- Guide clients and partners in making linkages to the appropriate agencies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
- 2+ years of working experience in the human services field
- Possesses situational awareness, empathy, and emotional resilience
- Ability to interact with a diverse population of clients
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher
