A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Sourcing Specialist in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating sourcing/screening and scheduling hiring interviews
• Creating a diverse talent sourcing strategy that builds multi-level diverse candidate pipelines
• Conducting surveys, phone screens, interviews, and background checks

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years sourcing experience
• iCims experience, highly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience building relationships with Latino/Hispanic talent communities
