A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Technical Support Specialist in Miami.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software running on Windows, Vista and 7 Operating Systems
- Troubleshoot sharing and permissions errors on home and office networks
- Install tax software
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years of technical support experience or completed degree in IT/ computer sciences field
- Must have the following ability to work from home:
- Modern PC computer with Windows 7, 8, or 10 with antivirus software installed
- High-speed Internet
- Stable network connection suitable for Internet telephony
- Headset
