Job Summary
A telecommunications product company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Telecom Technical Support Specialist in Lowell.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical help and solutions
- Troubleshoot product compatibility inquiries
- Deliver exceptional Customer Experience in each support interaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish
- Some college or a relevant combination of experience and education
- 1-2 years proven customer service experience
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audience
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
