Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Telephonic RN Case Manager in South Florida.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound calls and receive inbound calls to assess members' current health status
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Providing patient education to assist with self-management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida
- 5+ years experience as an RN
- Experience working with clients in the community setting
- Demonstrate a proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, with the ability to navigate a Windows environment
- Must have a designated quiet workspace in your home and is able to be secured to maintain Protected Health Information and/or Protected Information
- Must have access to install secure high speed internet via cable/DSL in home
