Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Telesales Agent .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding to inbound calls from individuals interested in purchasing health plans
• Making outbound calls to individuals who have requested additional information or follow up
• Presenting and explaining plans using a consultative approach based on the member's needs and goals

Required Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a health insurance Telesales Agent
• Medicare & Medicaid Sales Experience
• Commercial Health Plan Sales Experience
• Active license to sell health insurance in Florida
• Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
