Job Summary
A vehicle reservation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Vehicle Rental Customer Support Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking back-to-back incoming calls from customers
- Assisting customers in both English and French
- Answering general questions about pricing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Onsite training
- Must be Bilingual - Spanish/English
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
- General knowledge of U.S. geography
