Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Voice Product Manager

Job Summary

A cloud software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Voice Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for our Voice and Telco services
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs with insights
• Drive product adoption and growth in target markets by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Voice and/or Telco services
• Experience working in international and LATAM markets
• Proven track record of driving successful product launches and growth
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
• Strong understanding of CCaaS and telecom industry trends, technologies, and best practices
