Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Tagalog and English Telephone Interviewer in Independence.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contacting health plan call centers to help Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services evaluate healthcare compliance
- Making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints
- Reading the questions clearly and verbatim to the participant
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to speak and read Tagalog and English fluently
- Hardwired internet service and landline telephone service
- Proficiency with troubleshooting and using computers
