A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Telehealth Nurse Practitioner in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting proactive medical care management for members and/or caregiver
• Conducting care coordination and recommending cost effective treatment and intervention
• Understanding and applying member specific Care Management and individualized care planning

Skills and Requirements Include:

• New York and/or Massachusetts license as well as a Texas
• 1+ years of Nurse Practitioner Experience
• 2+ years of telephonic triage or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of clinical experience working with complex adult populations
• Comfort using technology like Google Suite, MS Office
• The ability to speak English and Spanish or Russian fluently
