Job Summary
A risk management company has an open position for a Telecommute Bill Review Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Audit medical bills to ensure that they are appropriate
- Consult reference materials in the auditing process
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, workers’ compensation billing guidelines and fee schedules
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD/HCPS coding
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service
- Able to work collaboratively and independently
