Job Summary

A healthcare revenue cycle management company has an open position for a Telecommute Billing Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Lead and manage a team of 5-6 staff in the execution of the revenue cycle/billing activities
• Manage performance and provide regular reporting of key metrics
• Leads the department through process improvement opportunities and standardization of workflow

Required Skills:

• High school degree
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of billing experience in a large B2B environment
• OR 9+ years of billing experience in a large B2B environment
• Able to make procedural decisions, to develop, plan, and implement short-and-long-range goals.
• Able to analyze procedures and processes and redesign workflows
• Prior experience leading various areas of revenue cycle with proven success
