Job Summary
A privately-held marketing and content creation company is seeking a Telecommute Billing Marketing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and maintaining client inquiries within our ticket system
- Managing all subscription modifications to ensure billing is updated accordingly
- Performing regular data integrity checks between our CRM and billing software
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with google sheets and excel
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats
- Ability to be the most organized and detail-oriented person on the team
