Job Summary

A privately-held marketing and content creation company is seeking a Telecommute Billing Marketing Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring and maintaining client inquiries within our ticket system
• Managing all subscription modifications to ensure billing is updated accordingly
• Performing regular data integrity checks between our CRM and billing software
