Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating our Engineering teams
- Acting as Scrum Master for the Billing Platform teams
- Making use of metrics to improve delivery, and leverage
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- 3 years as a Scrum Master
- Open to learning from others, humble, willing to experiment and try new ways of working
- Consistently takes Initiative to identify and resolve issues
- Acts as a point of contact for cross-program communication
