Telecommute Billing Supervisor

Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Billing Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing queues to ensure all tickets are transferred and tagged correctly
• Acting as an escalation point for support and higher-level technical support
• Participating in Live Chat coverage when appropriate

Required Skills:

• Ability to maintain adoption of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all employees
• Ability to act as liaison between agents, senior supervisor, and manager as necessary
• Ability to conduct formal training sessions, one on one support/training as needed
