Job Summary
A contract research organization is seeking a Telecommute Bioanalytical Global Key Account Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Broaden and expand service offerings and support strategic selling initiatives
- Assess client satisfaction and recommend opportunities for improvement to ensure success of the account
- Serve as client point of escalation on key accounts
