Job Summary
A supplier to the pharmaceutical, biotech and specialty ingredients markets is in need of a Telecommute Bioscience Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying potential sources, selecting and qualifying Tissue Recovery Agencies
- Establishing biomaterial use agreements through negotiations with potential vendors
- Understanding donor and tissue legal and regulatory requirements across international jurisdictions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or closely related discipline
- 10 years of work experience in blood or tissue banking/organ procurement, health care setting, medical research or cell biology/biotech
- Experience or training in the context of transplantation or subjects related to human medicine and/or knowledge of cell biology
- Time management skills
- Independent worker with strong work ethic, negotiation ability, innovative ideas for change, excellent team player and leader
