A clinical research organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Biostatistics Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for staff career growth and development
- Participating in proposal development for mid-size programs and/or new drug applications
- Summarizing growth and programs to be considered in the annual budget
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel to company office 8-12x per year
- 9 years of leadership experience in biostatistics at a CRO or pharmaceutical company
- Understands computerized systems (SAS), PC-Windows, and Word
- Demonstrates project leadership and ability to manage technical staff
- Exhibits knowledge of advanced biostatistical methodology
- Master's degree in statistics or biostatistics
