Job Summary
A clinical research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Biostatistics Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring staff projects quality, timeliness and budgets
- Summarizing growth and programs to be considered in the annual budget
- Participating in internal and client audits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to Raleigh NC office 8-12 times through the year and stay at office for 5 days, each time
- 9 years of leadership experience in biostatistics at a CRO
- Demonstrates project leadership and ability to manage technical staff
- 5 years of formal people management experience
- Understands computerized systems (SAS), PC-Windows, and Word
- Master's degree in statistics or biostatistics
