A biotech research and development company is in need of a Telecommute Biotech Research Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping with candidate travel, expense reimbursement and other logistics
- Managing candidate experience
- Taking ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in many aspects
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years Talent Acquisition coordinator or recruiting experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience managing complex scheduling requirements
- Experience working with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
- Ability to take ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in many aspects
- Ability to help with candidate travel, expense reimbursement and other logistics
