Job Summary
A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Biotechnology Clinical Operations Specialist III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading user process and product feedback within Clinical Operations
- Identifying trends, patterns, and common themes to gain insights, prioritize needs, and drive recommendations
- Managing the dissemination of product updates and leading associated training within the Clinical Operations team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of working experience in product management, operations, or healthcare management role
- Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership
