A mental health company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Black Mental Health and Healing Justice Trainer in Los Angeles.
Must be able to:
- Develop, facilitate, and lead course curriculum content
- Employ a heart-centered, healing justice informed, and embodied leadership style
- Coordinate workshops events and technical assistance requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong mediation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong self reflective skills
- Ability to apply adult learning principles and learning strategies
- Experience working with Black people living with mental health conditions
- MSW, MFT, or M.A In Psychology
- 4 years experience developing curricula and educational materials
