A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Blended Learning Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and developing blended learning curriculums, job aids, software simulations and assessment tools
- Serving as subject matter expert in development trends, training tools, and platforms
- Leveraging existing and develop new templates for training design and development
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 Years instructional design experience focused on digital and blended learning
- Demonstrated expertise in effective instructional design methodologies
- Intermediate to advanced skill in graphic design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and quality
- Proven experience building strong internal relationships
