An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Bodily Injury Insurance Defense Attorney.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying risk, reviewing and assessing medical records, depositions
- Working effectively with clients and customers and negotiating on their behalf
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to the office as needed
- 1-2+ years experience in auto defense litigation or plaintiff’s personal injury
- Active license to practice law in New York
