Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Bookkeeping Phone and Email Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the resolution process for all client related issues
  • Working in conjunction with the bookkeepers/accountants to improve processes
  • Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience

Required Skills:

  • May need to travel to the corporate headquarters a couple times per year
  • 2 years of phone support
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, with a good working understanding of most components
  • Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc.
