A systems integration company is seeking a Telecommute Branch Services Practice Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and presenting key business issues to senior management
  • Advocating customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Overseeing Branch Service Operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Some travel may be necessary, up to 30% at times
  • 6-8 Years in Customer Success Management or Escalation Management
  • A Bachelors
  • Ability to effectively manage crisis situations
  • International experience
  • 6-8 Years in Operational Management
