Job Summary
A managed digital engagement services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Brand Engagement Community Support Associate.
Must be able to:
- Answering tech support and customer service questions via email and chat
- Write customer response templates and online help documentation
- Identify recurring customer issues, help to solve them, and escalate them to others for review
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns
- Great people skills and a desire to learn new things
- Comfort with ambiguity (and a strong stomach)
- Internet savvy
- Located in the EST or CST timezone
- Available to work: 8am-6pm Mon and Tue; 8am-5pm Wed and Thur; 8am-3pm Fri
