Job Summary

A managed digital engagement services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Brand Engagement Community Support Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Answering tech support and customer service questions via email and chat
  • Write customer response templates and online help documentation
  • Identify recurring customer issues, help to solve them, and escalate them to others for review

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns
  • Great people skills and a desire to learn new things
  • Comfort with ambiguity (and a strong stomach)
  • Internet savvy
  • Located in the EST or CST timezone
  • Available to work: 8am-6pm Mon and Tue; 8am-5pm Wed and Thur; 8am-3pm Fri
