Job Summary
A provider of business and tech services for the healthcare industry needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Broker Support Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to broker calls on the Broker Services Line queue
- Resolving broker issues by researching causes
- Exercising discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health care
- 2+ years Customer Service experience
- Experience with data entry
- Strong understanding of Medicare and healthcare operations
- Agent Support Background
- Comfortable with technology
