Job Summary
A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Builder Services Representative in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting Builders/ Customers during early stages of projects
- Performing verification and accuracy of pricing submitted with Purchase Orders
- Generating, pricing, and communicating Change Orders to meet customer expectations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as mathematical, interpretive and computer skills
- An above average understanding of product offering as well as general construction fundamentals and engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
