Job Summary
A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Building and Property Assessment Senior Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating, managing and reviewing Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports, Construction Loan Monitoring, and Construction Document Reviews reports
- Performing Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) as needed
- Reviewing submitted reports by the Field Manager, resolving outstanding report issues, and being accountable for the technical merit
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional travel. Current, valid state driver's license (position requires a motor vehicle record background check)
- Familiarity with ASTM E1527-13
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline
- 10+ years' experience conducting and/or managing ESAs
- Experience in the management/review of related due diligence projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
