Job Summary
A diversified technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Building Automation Systems Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and configuring technically complex building control systems
- Developing and testing software programs necessary to operate the system per the intent of the project requirements
- Coordinating and creating of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to travel up to 30% - most travel will be domestic, but position may require some international travel as needed
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry
- Three (3) or more years of demonstrated knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) theory
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills required
