Job Summary

A building materials manufacturer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Building Materials Product Specialist in Pittsburgh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting with order Confirmations for both customer direct and mass merchants
• Opening and managing tickets, customer issues, resolutions and follow ups

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Computer Savvy
• Have a computer with a (1.6 GHz processor or above), high speed internet, headset
• Must be able to follow standard operating procedures with a basic understanding of root cause analysis
