Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Builiding Certification Reviewer.

Must be able to:

• Perform in-depth technical review and analyses of building design, construction, and operations
• Perform onsite performance testing for assessor-based certification programs
• Perform quality control and quality assurance review of work done by other reviewers

Qualifications for this position include:

• Travel for testing, compliance verification, and assessments
• Bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to one or more of the following specialties: Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, Building Operations, or Environmental Science
• LEED AP
• Minimum 5 years direct professional experience in area of specialty
• Experience with a variety of high-performance projects, including LEED projects
