Job Summary

An online university is in need of a Telecommute Business Accounting Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Leads and supervise a 15-20 person team of Program Mentors
• Develop and lead team and Program-specific training initiatives
• Accurately forecast team's performance against University goals and implements proactive steps to increase performance

Required Skills:

• Develop, and present content at semi-annual academic meetings (various locations)
• Master's degree in related field required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a team of at least 10 full-time direct reports
• Experience building effective teams by leveraging talent, coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership and guiding role that enhances student achievement toward educational goals
