Job Summary
A business clinical and financial outcomes provider is seeking a Telecommute Business Analysis Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing direct reports by monitoring and managing performance
- Recruiting, selecting, onboarding and training new employees
- Producing timely and accurate resourcing capacity (supply vs. demand) management reporting
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and documenting requirements related to the healthcare domain
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing 7 or more direct reports
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
