Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Business Analyst 4.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading programs to mitigate risk to future support renewals
- Ensuring program optimization for the various support rate offerings that exist for CGBU
- Acting as primary point of contact with the GBU Support Analytics team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a self-starter and able to thrive as an individual contributor in a team environment
- Strong IT/Desktop skills is a must, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SW support
- Flexible solutioning skills and strong collaboration skills
- Able to balance multiple initiatives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- 4 years + relevant experience or a combination of a degree and work experience
