- Conducting research, analyzing information needs, and performing analysis to support the delivery of relevant artifacts
- Using source data to evaluate the effectiveness of Projects and business processes
- Performing gap analysis and recommend solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or related technical writing experience
- 5+ years of expereince
- Well-versed in the VA Veteran-Focused Integration Process project management methodology
- Experience within the VA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good decision-making and interpersonal skills
