Job Summary

An information services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing documentation on processes, phone scripts, interfacing with the client and end users
  • Growing the customer support services
  • Answering customer calls, troubleshooting technical and process problems, working with the technical team to resolve issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to communicate complex, technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable with technology and ERPs
  • Ability to understand and match business practices to technical capabilities of software
  • Ability to give presentations and interact with clients and end users
