Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, researching, testing, and implementing business process improvements, procedures and system changes
- Evaluating business process changes to identify and document business impacts and benefits
- Acting as subject matter expert to provide business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent analytical experience
- Three years in data gathering, research & analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations
- Three years of experience with financial and risk analysis, making recommendations
- Three years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
- Three years of business process analytics skills within Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams and workflow models
- Understanding and ability to explain related IT systems and their impacts
