Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, researching, testing, and implementing business process improvements, procedures and system changes
  • Evaluating business process changes to identify and document business impacts and benefits
  • Acting as subject matter expert to provide business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent analytical experience
  • Three years in data gathering, research & analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations
  • Three years of experience with financial and risk analysis, making recommendations
  • Three years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
  • Three years of business process analytics skills within Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams and workflow models
  • Understanding and ability to explain related IT systems and their impacts
