Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is seeking a Telecommute Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Operating with little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions for assignments
- Providing technical problem solving and deep solution expertise to the customer, QA and Development teams
- Leveraging hands-on customer experience and proof-points to educate and engage the broader community of prospects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of production support
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in quality assurance
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in systems analysis
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in report development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in applications such as Azure, ReqPro, DOORS and ETL
