Job Summary
A hospital and healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating and supporting enhancement requests for established applications
- Analyzing processes targeted by senior management and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicating feature and business requests to the product team, as necessary
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two years' work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, etc
- Associate Degree from an accredited college is required
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and telephone service skills
- Ability to appropriately interact with patients, referral sources and staff
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
