Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating and supporting enhancement requests for established applications
  • Analyzing processes targeted by senior management and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicating feature and business requests to the product team, as necessary

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Two years' work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, etc
  • Associate Degree from an accredited college is required
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and telephone service skills
  • Ability to appropriately interact with patients, referral sources and staff
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
